The Bass red triangle logo is registered number one in UK, which was registered in 1875. This logo is reportedly in use since the 1600’s. And research shows that this is the oldest registered trademark which is still in use.
Averill Paints:
The first US trademark registration was granted in 1870 for an eagle logo used for paints by Averill Paints. This is considered to be the oldest registered trademark but its not in use now.
